In 2017, we opened our first spot in Branson, followed by Nixa in 2020. We brought our award-winning methods to these neighborhoods to share our passion for great food. We do not follow the usual rules of slow-cooked BBQ. Instead, we use a revolutionary "hot and fast" style. We cook our meats over live wood coals inside 55-gallon steel barrels. This direct heat creates a bold, smoky profile that cannot be copied or faked. By using this special technique, we get our food ready in much less time than other places. This method ensures every guest gets a meal that is fresh, fast, and full of natural character.
